Eastern Governor M.L.M Hizbullah has said that he has no connection with regard to the seizure of 40 bullets which were found in a rooms behind his office.
Issuing a press release, the Governor pointed out that the bullets which were found had been issued by the Kattankudy Police to the security personnel who were deployed for his security.
He further said that two persons have been detained under the custody of the Kattankudy Police until statements are recorded from two of his security personnel.
"We have no connection with this seizure of bullets," Governor Hizbullah said.
He reiterated that the bullets were legally issued by the Kattankudy Police.
