Education Ministry requests to clean school surroundings
The Education Ministry has instructed principals to clan the surroundings of schools with the assistance of parents before re-opening next year.
Issuing a statement, the ministry also urged that steps should be taken to fumigate school premises to minimise the dengue threat, during the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination.
Schools will complete their third and final term for this year on Friday and will reopen for a new academic year on January 2, 2020.
