Former Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) Arjuna Mahendran, who currently remains as fugitive over the Central Bank Treasury Bond Scam, has changed his name to ‘Arjan Alexander’, the Attorney General (AG) has informed the Special High Court when the case was taken up for hearing today.
