Ex-Police Spokesman appointed as Police Commission's Legal Director
Former Police Spokesman SSP Ruwan Gunasekara has been appointed as Director Legal of the Police Commission.
Several other senior police officials also have been transferred.
The appointment came following a request from the Inspector General of Police.
The Police media unit was disbanded earlier.
