The father-in-law of underworld member 'Keselwatte Dinuka' has been arrested by STF personnel a short while ago.
The suspect has been identified as 54-year old Ranjith Thilakasiri alias 'Ala Ranji', a resident of Gunasinghapura, Colombo.
Two knives were seized from the suspect who was arrested over the possession of heroin.
