The Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) named four individuals as the respondents in the alleged frauds at the Avant- Garde security company.
Former Navy Commanders Jayantha Kolabage, Jayantha Perera, Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadipathi and former assistant secretary to the defense ministry Damayanthi Jayaratne as respondents in inquiry into the alleged fraud and corruption at the security company.
All of the repondents except former assistant secretary of defense objected to the move by the presidential commission to be named as respondents.
