The examination of witness statements in a bribery case against Avant Garde Chairman Nishshanka Senadhipathi has been fixed for further hearing on February 14, 2020.
Senadhipathi has been accused of offering a bribe of Rs 35.5 million to Rakna Lanka Company Chairman Retired Major General Palitha Fernando, who is also an accused in the case.
The Bribery Commission has filed 47 charges against the defendants at the Colombo High Court.
