Heavy traffic has been reported in and around the Parliament roundabout owing to a protest by sugarcane farmers today (Jun 20).
The farmers are protesting against the government's move's to privatise the sugar industry under the Revival of Underperforming Enterprises Or Underutilised Assets Act.
