Health authorities in the country have now also commenced taking blood samples from individuals to test for COVID-19. A total of 41 blood samples were collected yesterday (5) for testing in the Pamankada area in Wellawatta.
Health workers also took biological samples from 75 persons including security forces personnel who were involved in COVID-19 related operations.
