In Pictures: Dengue eradication in CMC areas
A dengue eradication programme was launched in the Colombo Municipal area. The Jawatte Pest Control Unit carried out chemical spraying and fogging to destroy all mosquito breeding places, covering all buildings including houses, schools along Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo on June 09 under the directions of Colombo Municipal Council Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ruwan Wijemuni and Municipal Commissioner Roshini Dissanayake.
