The funeral of veteran dramatist, actor and lecturer Dr Jayalath Manoratne was held last evening (15) at the Boralesgamuwa General Cemetery.
A large crowd comprised of members of Dr Manoratne's family, relatives, fellow artistes, area residents and other members of the public were present to bid farewell to the much-loved artiste.
