Outgoing Speaker Karu Jayasuriya today handed over his official vehicle and the vehicles of his security division to Parliament within 24 hours of Parliament being dissolved.
He also visited each department of Parliament and thanked the staff for engaging in their duties during the difficult periods that arose during his tenure as Speaker.
