The Medical Faculty Students' Action Committee held a protest opposite the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) this afternoon (26) against what they claim is an attempt to set up another private medical college in Sri Lanka.
The protesters claimed that the proposed new medical college has not followed due process and is in danger of becoming another debacle on the lines of SAITM.
