JVP holds protest against VAT

The Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) today held a protest near the Parliament complex against the Government's decision to increase the Value Added Tax (VAT). 

Senior JVP Leaders including Tilvin Silva, Bimal Ratnayake and Wasantha Samarasinghe were among those who took part in the protest.
