The Court of Appeal, yesterday extended the overseas travel ban imposed on Kumaran Pathmanathan, alias KP, till December 16.
KP was a prominent member of the LTTE and was on the Interpol's most wanted list for various charges, including arms smuggling and criminal conspiracy. He was arrested by Sri Lanka Army Intellgence in Malaysia on August 5, 2009.
