Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) politburo member K D Lalkantha has been released on bail after being arrested over a drunk driving accident.
The order to release the suspect on bail was issued when he was produced before the Anuradhapura Magistrates Court today (Mar 07).
Mr. Lalkantha was was arrested over an accident which left two women seriously injured.
