Man dies in Araliya Uyana shooting
A 35-year old has died following a shooting in the Araliya Uyana area in Maharagama, Borella last night.
Police officials had discovered the body of the victim after a tipped-off. The body was seen lying on the road at around 11:45 pm.
The victim has been identified by the name of Manoj Sudarshana. He is a resident of Kotahena.
Two empty bullet shells were discovered in the vicinity of the body, police said.
Further investigations continue.
