The names of the members to be appointed to the Cabinet Sub-Committee regarding the abolition of the Executive Presidency, drafting a new constitution and amending the electoral system were announced yesterday, the government news portal reported.
The Sub-Committee which is chaired by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will comprise the following Ministers - Wijeydasa Rajapakshe, D.M.Swaminathan, Nimal Siripala De Silva, Susil Premajayantha , Lakshman Kiriella, Malik Samarawickrema, Rauff Hakeem, Rishad Bathiutheen, Patali Champika Ranawaka and Mano Ganeshan.
