Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera will present the Budget for 2018 to Parliament at 3 pm tomorrow.
It will be the first Budget to be presented by Minister Samaraweera and the 72nd budget of independent Sri Lanka.
The budget deficit for 2018 will be Rs 1.8 trillion, according to the Appropriation Bill for 2018 while government revenue is estimated at Rs. 2,175 billion and expenditure at Rs. 3,982 billion.
