More locations to monitor persons returning from overseas for Coronavirus
The government has decided to open more quarantine centres inorder to monitor those returning from South Korea and Italy, a Health Ministry official said.
Accordingly in addition to the IDH and the Diyathalawa locations where the facility to monitor those returning from overseas two or three more locations will be set up, he said.
In view of a large number of Sri Lankans returning from the two countries the additional facilities are required, he added.
On Sunday 137 persons arrived from South Korea.
