Names of members elected to LG bodies gazetted
The names of members elected to Local Government bodies at the February 10 Local Government (LG) Election have been gazetted.
An official at the Department of Government Printing stated that the names of candidates elected to LG bodies in six districts have already been gazetted. Accordingly, names of candidates elected to LG bodies in the districts of Hambantota, Kilinochchi, Puttalam, Matara, Monaragala and Kalutara have now been gazetted.
The names of candidates from other districts too are due to be gazetted soon.
