New Education policy statement to be released today

The new Education Policy Statement will be released today under the patronage of Education Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, said Director General of the National Institute of Education, Professor Nanayakkara.

According to the Government Informationa department , the Secretary of the Ministry of Education W.M. Bandusena, Additional Secretaries of the Ministry, Deputy Director General of the National Institute of Education, Directors of Education, Scholars and CEOs in the sectors of education, professional and business sectors are expected to participate.
