Rear Admiral Neil Rosayro has been appointed as the Navy Deputy Chief of Staff with effect from July 11, 2015, local media reported.
He received the appointment letter from Navy Commander Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo.
Rear Admiral Rosayro joined the Navy on November 15, 1982 and successfully completed his basic training at the Naval and Maritime Academy, Trincomalee.
