Non-academic staff of State Universities is set to launch a strike action citing salary anomalies tomorrow (Sept 10).
A total of 25 unions comprising staffers attached to 15 universities are expected to take part in the strike.
Unions said that non-academic staff have been affected since the wages of public sector officers had been revised in 2016.
A protest too would be held opposite the Finance Ministry in this regard.
