A person has died after falling from the 12th floor of a building in Battaramulla today (Oct 7), police said.
Police said 52-year old Dulsiri Kariyawasam, had fallen from the 12th floor to the 3rd floor of the building at around 7:30 am.
The victim's body has been placed under police protection at the scene of the incident until a magisterial inquest is carried out into the remains of the victim.
