As part of a goodwill port call and to further strengthen the relations with Sri Lanka, a Pakistani naval ship PNS SAIF is scheduled to arrive at Colombo port on a four-day visit from November 5 to 8.
During its four-day stay in Sri Lanka, the ship is scheduled to undertake a number of activities, including professional interactions, sports and training sessions as well as a reception on November 6, 2017, a statement said.
Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) SAIF is a SWORD class F22P frigate of Chinese origin. It is equipped with the state-of-the-art weapons, sensors and machinery, making it capable of undertaking a variety of maritime operations.
