Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa met with officials, as well as tour as operators on Tuesday to discuss the preventive and precautionary measures to be adopted to combat the coronavirus in Sri Lanka.
At the meeting the health authorities present on the occasion stated that they would be manning the scanners already established at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) and had expressed satisfaction with this measure at the point of entry.
It had also been observed that any if required would be quarantined. (SD)
