Eleven suspects, including underworld leader 'Kudu Roshan' have been arrested from Ratnapura over their alleged role in the Mattakkuliya killings.
Four persons were killed and two others injured during the shooting incident in Mattakkuliya on the evening of October 23.
It is suspected that an underworld rivalry led to the murders.
The suspects are due to be produced before courts this afternoon.
