Police are seeking assistance from the public to locate a COVID-19 patient who escaped from the Ragama Teaching Hospital last night (6).
The escaped patient's details are as follows:
Name: Rajawaasaladeaalalage Don Sarath Kumara, Age: 62 years, Address: No. 307, Kandy Road, Peliyagoda.
Police are urging the public to contact the nearest police station if they have any information on the above individual.
Police further warned that anyone found to have helped hide such individuals will be prosecuted under quarantine laws.
