President Maithripala Sirisena appointed 25 Senior Lawyers as President’s Counsels (PC), the highest honour for those who practice law in the country.
The President appointed Senior Lawyers according to the power vested in him under the clause 33(2)(e) of the Constitution as President’s Counsels.
