President Maithripala Sirisena returned from his official tour to Japan, his final state visit as President, yesterday (Oct 27).
The President, joined by a 21-member delegation, took wing to Japan last week, upon an invitation extended by the Japanese government, to attend the enthronement ceremony of Japanese Emperor Naruhito.
He had arrived on Singapore Airlines flight SQ-468 at around 11:35 pm.
