President Maithripala Sirisena is scheduled to make a special speech in Parliament on January 09, next year with regard to converting parliament into a Constituent Assembly to create third Republican Constitution.
Minister of Parliament Reforms and Mass Media Gayantha Karunathilaka announced this at a discussion held yesterdayat the Ministry to brief media heads and officials on the programme to mark the first anniversary since the inauguration of the President.
