The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Mawanella electorate organiser who was arrested for being in the possession of a firearm was granted bail today (Oct 28).
Imtiaz Cader, had been released on a cash bail of Rs 25,000 and two surety bails worth Rs 100,000 each, by the Kegalle High Court.
High Court judge Namal Bandara ordered Cader and his wife to handover their passports to court. The case will be taken up for further hearing on November 26.
