The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today (Oct 19) with Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Presidential candidate Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
The agreement will be signed at the Western Province Aesthetic Resort, SLFP spokesman Weerakumara Dissanayake said.
Last week, both parties signed an MoU to form an alliance, and contest under the same banner, starting from the upcoming parliamentary election.
