The Special Investigation Committee appointed by the President to investigate into the attacks which took place in the island on Easter Sunday, have called on the public and institutions to submit their opinions and information in this regard to the committee.
According to a release from the President's Media Division, interested individuals could submit information in writing through the following means -

Further the statement said the committee which commenced investigations on April 22 has recorded statements from several high ranking state officials including the former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and outgoing IGP Pujith Jayasundara.
The Special Investigation Committee is headed by Supreme Court Judge Vijith K. Malalgoda while former IGP N.K. Ilangakoon and former Law and Order Ministry Secretary Padamasiri Jayamanne have been appointed as members of the committee.
The committee according to the statement is scheduled to obtain statements from many persons and through paper advertisements published in several leading newspapers on April 25, requesting the public and institutions to submit their opinions.
