Three hundred and fifty Special Task Force (STF) training personnel carried out a Shramadhana campaign to clean up Nuwara Eliya Town, today.
The personnel are from the STF’s Katukurunda Training School.
The campaign was carried out despite adverse weather conditions in the area.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Palinda Wijesundara said that the personnel were in the Bomburella forest reserve and are on a 10 day training programme.
