Suspects in Rathgama killings further remanded until Nov 8
Seventeen suspects have been further remanded until November 8 over the killing of two businessmen in Rathgama this year.
The order had been issued by the Galle Chief Magistrate's court today (Oct 25).
The suspects include 15 officers attached to the Southern Police Special Investigations unit, a forest ranger and a Wildlife officer.
They have been accused of abducting and killing businessmen Asela Manjula Kumara and Rasith Chinthaka on January 23.
