Two including ex Deputy Minister Maharoof remanded till Dec 20
Former Parliamentarian Abdulla Maharoof and another suspect who were arrested for misuse of Lanka Sathosa vehicles, remanded until December 30 by Fort Magistrates Court today.
Both were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) yesterday in Kinniya, Trincomalee. The other individual has been identified as Farook Mohamed Aslam, a resident of Matale.
