Two youths arrested for videoing the Kotte Raja Maha Viharaya
Two youths who had been videoing the Kotte Raja Maha Viharaya using mobile phones have been arrested by Police.
According to Police the two youth have been identified as students following a course at the College of Agriculture in Bibile.
The youth are residents of Samanthurai and Badulla areas, Police said.
