US Embassy Chargé d' Affaires meets Defence Secretary

The Chargé d' Affaires of the US Embassy in Sri Lanka Robert Hilton met the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Kapila Waidyaratne PC at his office recently.

According to the government news portal cordial discussions were held between Secretary Waidyaratne PC and Mr. Hilton on matters of bilateral importance and mutual relevance.

Mr. Hilton was accompanied by US Embassy officials including the Political Section Chief and the Defence Attaché.
