The United States is ready always to cooperate with Sri Lanka said United States State Department Advisor Thomas Shannon when he met Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe at Temple Trees yesterday.
Their discussions centred on many matters important to both countries including the economy. He announced US readiness to extend support to the future programmes of the Sri Lankan Government.
US Ambassador to Sri Lanka Atul Keshap, Deputy Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Manpreet Anand and Minister of Southern Development, Law and Order Sagala Ratnayake were among those present on the occasion.
