The appeal petition filed against the Colombo High Court's verdict on drug dealer 'Vele Suda' will be taken up for further hearing tomorrow (Mar 07).
This was announced when the petition was taken up before the Appeal Court Judge Deepali Wijesundara today.
Gampola Vidanage Samantha Kumara alias 'Vele Suda' was sentenced to death by the High Court on October 14, 2015 after he was arrested over the possession of 7.5 grams of heroin in 2008.
