The Football Federation of Sri Lanka (FFSL) conducted an online workshop for members of national and youth teams and the coaching staff on January 3.
The Coach Education Department of FFSL successfully carried out the online workshop via Zoom for elite club coaches and national team coaches.
Led by Amir Alagic, the Technical Director of the FFSL and the Head Coach of the Sri Lankan National Football Team, as well as Sampath Perera, the Coach Education Manager, the workshop had 29 participants from elite clubs all around the Country and coaches of the Women's National team and the National Youth teams.
The workshop was carried out in two sessions, with the first session focusing on pre-season preparation and training. While the second session focused on training methods, structures, and periodization.
