SLC lifts ban on Danushka Gunathilaka

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced that the Independent Inquiry Committee, which was investigating the criminal allegations against Mr. Danishka Gunathilaka in Australia, has recommended lifting the ban on him.

This was considered following his return to Sri Lanka on October 3, 2023.

The lifting of the ban allows him to resume his regular cricket activities and return to national duty.

Mahindananda and Nalin Fernando Jailed
