Colombo Lions beat Jaffna Bulls 54-0 to emerge winners of the EFLI Triangular American Football Triangular Tournament in the virtual final game of the competition on Friday (11) at the Racecourse ground.
The winners collected 16 points each in the first two quarters as they finished off with a lead of 32-0 at halftime.
In the third and fourth quarter Colombo Lions scored 8 and 14 points respectively as they ended with an unbeaten record in two outings.
In the opening game Colombo Lions beat Pakistan Peshwar WolfPack by 24-0 while in the second game Peshawar WolfPak recorded an easy 19-0 win against Jaffna Bulls.
