Sri Lankan diver Sahan Peiris was placed last among 15 competitors in the Men's 1m Springboard Preliminary round at the Commonwealth Games 2018 today (11).
England's Jack Laugher topped the list with 399.80 points while 12 divers in total qualified for the final.
Peiris recorded 181.25 points and is one of the three divers who failed to qualify.
He obtained dive scores of 42.90 in Forward 2 and 1/2 Somersaults, 36.00 in Inward 1 and 1/2 Somersaults, 31.05 in Back 1 and 1/2 Somersaults, 24.00 in Reverse 1 and 1/2 Someraults, 33.80 in Forward 1 and 1/2 Somersaults 2 Twists and 13.50 in Forward 3 and 1/2 Somersaults.
