Sri Lankan wrestler Deepika Dilhani recorded a win but lost two following rounds in the Women's Freestyle 53kg Nordic at the Commonwealth Games 2018 today (12).
In her first match Dilhani beat Australia's Carissa Holland 10-2 to gain momentum but lost the two following matches.
Indian Babita Kumari beat Dilhani 4-1 while Canada's Diana Weicker won over the Sri Lankan 10-0 in the next two games.

Anura Kumara Dissanayake is so far leading by securing (52.5%) while Sajith Premadasa secured (21.5 % ) and Ranil Wickremesinghe (19.2%) trailing behind. Meanwhile, independent candidate Ariyanethirnan Pakkiyaselvam secured the Nallur Electorate.
