Jason Dissanayake has been forced to sit out of the third and final Leg of the Asian 7s Rugby Series which begins at the Racecourse ground in Colombo today (15).
Dissanayake suffered a hamstring injury during a practice session on Friday (14) and has been ruled out of the crucial event.
He will be replaced by Hirantha Perera, who was omitted earlier by the Sri Lanka Rugby Football Union (SLRFU) Selection Committee.
Sri Lanka, competing under Pool 'B' will play their first game against Chinese Taipei at 1.10pm local time, followed by the matches against Singapore at 4.05pm and China at 7.04pm
