John Key, the Prime Minister of New Zealand has assured that he will look into all the possibilities in sending a reputed Rugby coach to support the Sri Lanka national team.
Key had made this assurance to Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Minister for Telecommunication and Digital Infrastructure Harin Fernando after they had made an unofficial request during a meeting held at Temple Trees on Wednesday (24).
According to sources close to the Prime Minister Office, the New Zealand Premier had assured to have a formal chat with the current All Blacks coach Steve Hansen to help out Sri Lanka after his tenure ends.
Besides Hansen, Key had promised to look into other alternatives to make the verbal commitment a reality.
