Talawakelle Plantations beat Maskeliya Plantations 26-17 to win the Cup Championship of the Inter-Plantations Rugby Sevens -a-side rugby title at the Dickoya grounds in Hatton.

Malwatta Plantations outplayed Elpitiya Plantations 33-7 to win the Plate Championship while Pussellawa Plantation thrashed Kelani Valley Plantations 33-0 to claim the Bowl Championship.

A total of 13 teams from the plantation sector participated in the competition which was organised by the DMCC Sports Club of Hatton, Dikoya.
